In Delaware creating a PoA (power of attorney) for conducting any business (such as DMV transactions) is allowed.
Such power of attorney will allow for businesses as well as individuals to expedite when the signing person will not be available for that particular time of business or an individual is not in a situation to travel to the signing location.
